How it works
Customised Training
My training programs are designed to link together operational processes to real-life scenarios, incorporating pinch points, solutions, hints and tips. Bespoke, customised training can be developed to suit organisational needs.
Training Delivery
Training can be delivered through various platforms, including Microsoft Teams. Face-to-face training is also available; preferences will be discussed during a free, 30-minute discovery meeting. I use the latest technology to ensure that my training is accessible, user-friendly, and enjoyable.
Evaluation and Feedback
A moving feast, I evaluate my training to ensure effectiveness for all attendees, continuously improving and adapting to ensure relevance and accuracy of information and guidance. I use a wide range of evaluation methods, including surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
